The culture of India is unique and distinct. India’s culture like religions, languages, dance, music, food, customs, festivals, architecture are different from place to place. There are different traditional dishes of every states. Indian Cuisine is vary with seasons in every region. In India there are hundreds of desserts in varieties which is generally called sweets or mithai. These are mainly served in festivals and marriage ceremonies.

Sarso da saag-makka ki roti,Punjab: Sarso da saag is a famous dish of Punjab region in India. It is served with Makka ki roti. It is topped with Butter or traditionally regarded with Ghee.

Dal-baati , Rajasthan: Dal Bati is most Popular in Rajasthan state of India. Dal can be made up of urad dal, masoor dal,tuvar dal and mung dal. Bati is prepared by wheat flour and it is shaped like tennis-ball. It is serverd with chutney of garlic and Coriander.

Chiroti, Karnataka:  Chiroti is very famous sweet dish of Karnataka state in India. It is also make in wedding ceremony. It is served with badam milk and powdered sugar. It is also called Padir Peni.

Kadi pakoda, Hariyana: kadi pakoda is the popular dish in Hariyana state of India. It can prepared by yogurt and gram flour with gram flour pakoras. It is serverd with white Rice. It is spicy and sour in taste.

Corn Kheer, Madhya Pradesh:  Corn (Bhutta) Kheer is famous in Madhya-Pradesh state of India. It is prepared by sweet corn and specially made in winters. It consist of different types of dry fruits like Almonds , Cashews, Coconut, Pistachio and pumpkin seeds.

Dhokla, Gujrat: Dhokla is a special Gujratian food in India. It is very Spongy and soft mainly used for breakfast or as a snack. It is made by rice and chickpeas. It is served with chutney of coriander and coconut.
