Q3.How can I cancel my bus ticket online?
Ans.Visit our website and there is a cancellation link provided on our home page. You only need to enter your ticket number and the e-mail ID that was provided at the time of booking and click on cancel ticket.
Q4.I missed the bus. Do I get a refund?
Ans.We will provide you the 100% refund if you missed the bus by company’s fault.Otherwise no other reasons will be accepted for refund policy.
Q5.I've lost my ticket. What should I do now?
Ans.A copy of ticket have been sent you to your registered mail ID at the time of booking.Take a printout of this mail.And if in case you did not received the mail , contact us.We will resend it.
