Ways to stay fit and Vigorous while travelling

Staying fit and vigorous while travelling can be troublesome when you are moving from one place to another place for exploration purposes. But don’t get disappointed. There are various ways to stay fit and healthy.

First thing is  always do research before heading towards a trip and find places near where you are staying offers healthy food options whether through website or travel agents.

Try to take your own food on the plane. You will definitely enjoy own food during your flight when everyone else will be eating the flavourless plane food.

Do yoga. Choose a place for yoga accordingly. Whether it is hotel room or park. Yoga will help you to to feel great after long journey. There are various poses like Finger four pose, legs up the wall which can be done anywhere. This will also helps you to lessen your stress.

HEALTHY MIND..HEALTHY BODY

Nature is good for mind and body. Being outside and breathing fresh air for 15-20 minutes makes you feel good. There are various cities in India where you can enjoy the sunset and sunrise views which makes you feel enervated.

Travelling and travelling will makes you tired and exhausted. The only thing you can do to get rid of it is WORKOUT.  A Workout is the only thing you can do anywhere, everywhere. Choose a place like hotel room or park to workout. It is better to workout in fresh air.Use the hotel gym if there is one or go for a run in park .

Eat healthy food instead of local food. A wholesome should have a protein source and at least one vegetable,  add some fruits and nuts to your diet. Avoid junk food or eat them in minimal quantity.  You have to make some changes if you want to stay healthy. And the last thing is drink plenty of water as it increases energy.

MOTIVATE THE MIND..THE BODY WILL FOLLOW
